All activities that occur under your account

Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Data and Customer Content

7. Payment and Billing

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted
The Service will be error-free
Results (including pricing accuracy or profitability insights) will be guaranteed

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piqqi shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piqqi from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
